Adam Mitchell
Managing Partner
Adam Mitchell is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development and construction of projects, pursuing new markets and development opportunities, and building detailed proformas to support strategic growth. His role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of LifeCare Properties’ expansion plans and delivering high-quality results across all initiatives.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. His strong technical foundation and advanced knowledge of real estate development provide a unique blend of skills that drive informed decision-making and effective project management.
Adam is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate Salesperson and is pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Daniel J. Payne, CPA
Managing Partner
Daniel Payne manages the financial operations of LifeCare Properties, including accounting, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and capital management. He also plays a key role in developing proformas and sourcing both debt and equity to align with the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Delta State University.
Daniel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Mississippi, bringing a strong foundation in financial management and business strategy to his role.
Wendy Barthe Peavy
Marketing Coordinator & Office Manager
Wendy is the creative force behind LifeCare Properties' brand identity, having conceptualized the company's logo and branding. As Marketing Coordinator, she drives LCP’s public relations, social media, and special events, playing a pivotal role in building brand awareness.
In addition to her marketing expertise, Wendy has served as Office Manager since 2005. Her comprehensive background is supported by a robust set of credentials. She has been a Mississippi licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2005 and earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2007. Recently, her participation in Vanderbilt University’s Generative AI Initiative has opened new pathways to enhance her creative tasks, furthering her innovative approach to marketing and management. She has earned Specializations in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI Leadership & Strategy, and Prompt Engineering for Law from Vanderbilt.
Wendy is actively engaged in her community as a member of the Biloxi Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, the Biloxi Municipal Election Commission, and the Mississippi Association of REALTORS.
